Troubleshooting

If activation fails it's almost always Defender quarantining mid-run, a stale KMS cache (slmgr /upk + slmgr /rilc), or the wrong product edition. Re-extract to a Defender-excluded folder (C:\Tools\KMSAuto), run as administrator, and switch between HWID (Windows), Ohook (Office) and TSforge (Server/LTSC) as needed.
