Windows Loader (commonly called Daz Loader) was the gold-standard Windows 7 activator from 2009 onwards. It works exclusively on Windows 7, Vista and Server 2008/R2 — it patches the BIOS-SLIC table to make the system appear OEM-licensed. When to still use Windows Loader

- Windows 8.1, 10 or 11 — Daz Loader cannot patch UEFI/SLIC 3.0 systems.
- Office activation — Windows Loader does not touch Office licensing at all.
- Modern hardware (Secure Boot / TPM 2.0) — patching fails or trips Defender.
